Day 1 of our tour is in the books! Great stuff today in Toronto and Waterloo. Dave Good is up here and we’re having a great time. Here’s a video I made this morning when I was slightly less enthused. Things got a lot better as the day went on and I woke up — this vid was taken at 6:30 a.m. EDT, and my body was still on PDT, California time.

Also, a lot of you have asked about having us over for private parties while we’re on tour. That’s actually something we’d love to do, as it’s always a pleasure to pour our wines, sign our books and meet great people. In order to do a private event, we do need to sell a minimum amount of wine and books at wholesale rates in order to make it work. Specifically, we need to sell in advance a minimum of two cases of wine (Meritage $205, Syrah $185 — 12 bottles in each), and a minimum of 50 books ($13.99 for the first 50 books, $11.99 for each book thereafter). If that is reasonable, we’d love to speak with you and try to make it happen! If you’re interested, please contact our publisher at scott@imagine-books.net.
