Day 1 of our tour is in the books! Great stuff today in Toronto and Waterloo. Dave Good is up here and we’re having a great time. Here’s a video I made this morning when I was slightly less enthused. Things got a lot better as the day went on and I woke up — this vid was taken at 6:30 a.m. EDT, and my body was still on PDT, California time.
We’re incredibly excited for our “The Young and The Thirsty Wine & Book Tour” to land on the Monterey Peninsula, where we were born and raised. To celebrate, anyone who enters the coupon code MONTEREY (all caps) when they check out on this site will get a 20% discount on all books and wine. Two HUGE wine and book events this weekend. Please come! Can’t wait to see you.
OK, we’ve got some hard-and-fast details here for The Young and The Thirsty Wine & Book Tour. We’ll continue to update you when we get finalized information on locales and times. We’ve put up a page on the site where you can see these updates.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: We’ve spent a lot of time seeking out venues in these towns, but then said to ourselves, “Let’s have the people tell us where to go.” So here’s the deal: If you are in one of the cities below and know of or manage a book store, retail outlet, restaurant or club where we could do a signing or wine tasting, please let us know by emailing our publisher at scott@imagine-books.net. We’d also be receptive to coming to private events. Read More
It’s hard to believe the Bachelor Pad ride is over. But rather than this being an end, I really see this as just the end of the beginning. Act II is just getting started. I’m optimistic about the opportunities — professional, person and romantic — that are around the corner.
Before I go on, I want to thank all of you for the incredible support you’ve showed me these past couple years, both on the Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad. Those shows have opened the door to infinite possibilities in my life and my family’s, and it feels like you’ve carried us here with your grace. I also want to thank ABC for giving me not one, but two once-in-a-lifetime experiences. These opportunities have been incredible blessings, and ones I don’t take lightly.
I guess I should also make quick mention of my “bro-mance” and my romance. Read More
Big night tonight. I’m watching an epic “Bachelor Pad” surrounded by my loved ones at Memphis Cafe in Manhattan Beach. Come on down — we’ll be pouring wine and signing books all night. Really excited about tonight. REALLY excited.
I’m also excited that my great buddy David Good is also making his debut as an author with his new book, “The Man Code,” which you can order today on my site. This book is going to be straight talk to the ladies, very cool and very funny. Please check it out.
Jesse Kovacs here. Heading into the weekend I was feeling under the weather, as I have been off and on for about a month. I was also coming off my stalker episode, feeling a little chafed and needing to get out of town. I felt the best thing to cure what ailed me was — naturally — Las Vegas. Read More
